Job Description of English Teachers

Teaching
1. Implement entrance assessment or regular assessment to determine students' English proficiency to find knowledge blind spots and weak points. Provide scores and then put forward learning suggestions;
2. Establish reasonable learning objectives for students and help them to formulate "learning plans". Record, assess, and supervise the implementation of learning plans;
3. Deliver lessons;
4. Follow up Ｏn the students' learning situation. Provide feedback and results to the school Ｏn time;
5. Manage students daily. (including attendance, homework, and discipline)Timely reward or punishment for students, management of students leaving school, and filling in student attendance records;


Teaching Seminars
1. Participate in regular teaching and research meetings, discuss English knowledge points, grammar, pronunciation, sentence patterns, vocabulary, and other contents, and put forward teaching suggestions or teaching improvement solutions;
2. Establish a self-teaching style;
3. Participate in other meetings or discussions;

Other
1. Hold open class or parents' meeting;
2. Participate in temporary marketing activities;
3. Provide reception and communicate with foreign teachers.
